Barley (Flakes)

Celery (Chopped)

Carrots (Cubed)

Leeks (Sliced)

Sweet Onions (Chopped)



Miso Soup Packets

Ume Plum Vinegar

Fresh Dill


Olive or Coconut Oil

Water or Broth

Rye Crackers




Heat water or broth to a boil  Add Wakame, Carrots, and Barley Flakes then simmer for 15 minutes.  Heat Oil then sauté Leeks, Onions, Garlic, Celery, Fresh Dill, and Mushrooms, Stir sautéed vegetables into water mixture; add Ume` Plum Vinegar and simmer an additional 10 minutes.  Stir in Lecithin and Miso Soup Packet.


Garnish and serve with Rye Crackers
